Q: Do I need to buy anything extra?
A: No — everything you need to get started comes in the kit. All you have to do is add water and place it somewhere with light. For even better results, you can use optional accessories such as a grow light, but they’re not essential.

A: Setup is simple: unpack, place the soil mix in the planter(s), sow your seeds, and water lightly. Detailed Guides are available for each kit.

Q: Where should I place my kit?
A: Choose a well-lit spot with a stable temperature. A sunny windowsill works well, and grow lights can be helpful during darker months.

A: Not at all! The kits are designed for complete beginners, families, and seasoned growers alike.

A: Most plants are safe for pets, but some (such as alliums like spring onions and chives) should not be eaten by cats or dogs. Always check the plant type before letting pets near your kit.

Q: What should I do if something is missing from my kit?
A: Contact us and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Q: Can I buy replacement seeds or soil?
